Invoice System Update

If you’ve had a service with us recently, you may have noticed that our invoices look a bit different. This is due to the software used to send them has changed to streamline our processes & give you more control over your accounts.

The reason we have updated our software is to combat the rising costs throughout the business by streamlining our debt management system and ensure all invoices are paid within our seven-day terms.

The new software (Pinch) has been chosen due to its secure storage of card or bank account numbers, as well as its professionalism and ease of use.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

All we ask is for you to activate your free account and confirm your details.

Just click on the pre-authorisation payment button on your invoice (or the invitation that will be sent via email) and follow the prompts to register your details with a secure third party (payment surcharges may apply).

HOW WILL IT WORK?

You will still receive your invoice as you currently do and, on this invoice, you will be presented with the option to sign up for automatic payments in Pinch. This gives you control over your accounts and ensures all accounts are paid for within our terms.

When you choose to use Pinch payments, you will find it offers you the option to create your own account. This will allow you to enter your payment details once only and then all services that you request moving forward are automatically paid seven days after the service.

SO, WHAT NOW?

When you receive your next invoice or an invite from us to join Pinch, please activate your customer portal by clicking the pre-authorisation payment button and check that your details are correct. Then you can update email addresses, contact numbers and access all your invoices at any time. This is also very helpful at tax time.
